An alumni of the University of Colorado, Mr. Winters has built a name for himself in the Title and Escrow business; already filling in the role of independent third-party for the Real Estate industry. After heading his own company and extending its reach to title insurance, Mr. Winters saw early on the importance of technological integration in information-critical businesses. Using his vast experience, Mr. Winters built RAM to bring to the finance industry the same vision of values and ethics he has displayed his entire business life.
First establishing himself in Arizona where he joined the State Bar and started his general practice, Mr. Chaya expanded his influence to become Vice President and Counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. Following his move to California, Mr. Chaya took on a new position as Executive Vice President and general counsel for the nationally-recognized Benefit Land Title Company. In order to better serve the public and his clients, Mr. Chaya specialized in regulatory compliance, working with both the California Department of Insurance and the California Department of Corporations. As a founding member of RAM, Mr. Chaya brings years of expertise to ensure compliance with regulatory protocols in an ever-changing legal environment.
